Wipe is operated by Viral App Dev LLC, located at 44 Montgomery St, San Francisco, CA.

Wipe provides software that lets you upload reports, review account data, draft dispute letters, and track dispute timelines.

Wipe is a self-serve software product. It is not a law firm, credit bureau, lender, debt collector, financial advisor, or personal representative.

Wipe does not represent you, send disputes for you, negotiate on your behalf, or guarantee any credit outcome.

You are responsible for reviewing any draft, choosing whether to use it, editing it if needed, and deciding whether to send it.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be located in the United States.
• You may use Wipe only for yourself or with authority to act for the person whose information you upload.
• You must provide accurate information when using the product.

• Keep your login details secure.
• Do not upload information you do not have the right to use.
• Do not use Wipe for fraud, identity theft, harassment, or unlawful claims.
• Do not interfere with the site, scrape it, or try to access data that is not yours.

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time. Your access stays active through the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise in the product.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices, plan features, and trial terms may change in the future.

You keep ownership of the information and files you submit. You give Viral App Dev LLC a limited license to host, process, and display that material only as needed to operate Wipe.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of anything you upload, submit, or send using the product.

Credit disputes depend on facts, records, bureau processes, creditor responses, and other factors outside Wipe's control.

Viral App Dev LLC does not promise item removal, score increases, approvals, savings, timelines, or any specific result.

Information and draft materials in Wipe are for general informational use. They are not legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or professional advice.

If you need legal or financial advice, you should consult a qualified professional.

Wipe may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if use creates risk for the product or other users.

Wipe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent allowed by law.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Viral App Dev LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the total liability of Viral App Dev LLC for any claim related to Wipe will not exceed the amount you paid to use Wipe during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Viral App Dev LLC from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of Wipe, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Wipe must be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

Viral App Dev LLC may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date at the top of this page and post the revised version here.
